How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Good upholstery cleaner The device has good cleaning performance and comes with a 3-meter connection cable, various nozzles, and brushes. After carpet cleaning, the device is easy to clean, and all accessories can be attached and stored in the device. The instructions for use are in French. English and German. The plastics used are of average quality, and one should handle the containers and accessories gently when opening and reassembling them to avoid breaking anything. It is very noisy during operation, but that's something you expect from similar devices. All in all, I am very satisfied. I immediately cleaned a small high-pile carpet that looked clean and was surprised by how dirty the water was. I ordered on Tuesday and the package arrived on Friday. Everything is great

The device itself looks to be made of good quality materials. Testing it out, it works pretty well but can be misleading when you put your hand to the nozzle is the intake is comprised of two narrow slits. Actual testing on shorter carpet successfully pulled up the water from the sprayer, resulting in a mostly dry carpet. That said, i do wish the vacuum was a skosh more powerful. The heating function for the clean tank works very well but takes a little bit, it can get quite warm/hot. For the price/value this is a very good small to midsize carpet cleaning vaccuum.
Super good, I've used it to clean carpets, sofas, and chairs. Yes, you need to use a product to help clean stains; just water won't remove them.
Delivery a bit long but arrived by the courier well packaged and delivered in hand. I tried it and it works well, it's a shame that the hose is very short for cleaning mattresses or the car. I recommend this brand and the seller.

The rather small device arrived well-packaged and intact. It comes with accessories, a German user manual, and is easy to set up. A first cleaning attempt showed good cleaning of a stained area on a carpet. For the price, the device is excellent and should not be missing in any pet household.

Great, I bought it with low expectations due to its price. but it WORKS excellently, good suction power, compatible with hot water, dries very very very quickly and REMOVES EVERYTHING. Recommended. I leave a photograph of my furniture already cleaned (test area). The only downside: it arrived without the plastic part where the cable is wrapped to store the machine.

Great washing vacuum cleaner, cheaper and smaller than branded ones, with the same washing results. Due to its small size, it fits in a cabinet. It is recommended to purchase a good liquid for washing vacuum cleaners.
Very good device. I used it to clean the carpet, which took me a few days because the device is quite small (more dedicated for furniture or upholstery). Nevertheless, it did a great job. You can't add chemicals directly to the water tank of the device (you need to apply them directly to the carpet), but it manages to clean well. I recommend it.
