How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I'm honestly very surprised by how good this pillow is. It takes me so much less time to get into a comfortable position. The memory foam itself seems just as good as the name brands, the case is fine. I highly recommend it.

Cool pillow. Delivery was very fast. Let it settle for 48 hours as the seller advised. Exactly as in the picture. Today was the first night. I'm not used to it yet, we'll see how it goes. But I sleep on my side with my belly on the pillow. I know it's not healthy, that's why I ordered this one. By the way, the cover has a zipper, which is very convenient for washing in the future.

Great pillow, I was skeptical at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's comfortable to sleep on, my back doesn't hurt as much. It could be a bit longer, but that's a minor detail. It doesn't smell, actually it's odorless. I recommend it.
The pillow arrives rolled up. You need to wait 10 minutes for it to return to its normal size. Easy to remove the cover for the washing machine. First wash was impeccable, the cover dried ultra-fast. Putting the cover back on is a bit more complicated; you need to find the right way. Comfortable to look at as time and nights go by...
The pillow fully matches the description, the cover is of good quality, not hard. It's comfortable to lie in all positions. But after the first night, my head and neck hurt. I heard that this will happen for a few days while the body adapts. It doesn't help with snoring.

I am satisfied with the price. These days, prices have gone up a lot and you can't find anything worth 10,000 won, but this pillow is sold at Coupang for about 3-4 times that price. I just purchased two butterfly memory foam pillows!! After testing them for several days, my experience is very positive because I can confirm that they are very effective for those with neck problems!!! Personally, I sleep much better, and in short, these pillows are the best I've had so far!!! Buy without hesitation, especially since they are delivered to France in about a week!!!

Excellent! I had bought one on Amazon for almost €30, but this one is very similar, maybe a little thinner (by a few cm) but otherwise practically identical! On sale for €13, it's great :D Really comfortable and helps with neck pain!
I have no words to describe this discovery. I bought it because I suffer a lot from cervical pain and have two hernias, and it's the best thing I could have done. I recommend it 100%.
