How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Honestly, I tried it once and it was amazing, but they charged me 78 riyals saying that shipping is free.
Incredibly cool machine, I recommend getting the most complete set with all attachments and three sizes of cups. Cutting into cubes, strips, or slices turns everything into a game and can be solved in just seconds. Potatoes, eggplant, cucumbers, carrots, beetroot, and many others have already been tried, all a delight. And also. For an old cat, I always cut chicken fillet into cubes, which takes a lot of time. Yesterday I cut the fillet in half to fit well into the loading slot of the machine. After freezing, I cut the frozen product. In 35 seconds, I cut 2.5 kg of fillet. This is simply a magical helper. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Product and Seller!
The product's performance is great, but there is a major flaw in it, which is the difficulty in cleaning the blades and the incompatibility of the cleaning piece with it.
Excellent! I recommend everyone to buy it, especially those who love salads. Fast and precise cutting is amazing... But when assembling it, make sure to hold it carefully so it doesn't hurt your hand, and ensure it's tightly installed so it works well with you.

There's food stuck in between, and I wish the dice net was a bit bigger, but it's too small. I'll have to cut it with a knife.

For this price, the execution is very good. As for the noise level, it's not terrible considering the price, but compared to typically gastronomic devices, it's quite loud. However, this is not a professional tool but rather a tool for home or small gastronomic use. If I'm not mistaken, this device uses a brushed motor, which allows for relatively inexpensive repairs if something breaks in the motor (we're talking about many workshops in Poland that repair such motors). I haven't tested how it cuts cubes yet, but as soon as I have the chance, I'll add an additional review. As of this moment, I recommend it. The only downside is the extended delivery time due to waiting for the flight, but that's the fault of the shipping company, not the seller.

The product is more than wonderful; honestly, it saves you from the effort of washing vegetables and you feel that when you put large quantities, it's not enough at all. Nial is the one who buys it.
It's nice but not completely nice. Cleaning it a bit is annoying, and when I tried cutting cucumber, there were pieces that got stuck inside.

Beautiful.. I haven't used it yet but initially everything is perfect, the withdrawal with the covers is very smooth.. I recommend it.
