Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

I haven't used it yet, but I bought it because I needed it. The appearance has a slightly luxurious feel and it's also a bit heavy. At first glance, it looks like a well-made product. It's nice to be able to purchase it at this price. It's a bit large, so it takes up some storage space.
I bought it for around 10,000 won. If you apply too much force, the blade gets pressed down and the upper part cannot cut properly. It's really nice to be able to use multiple modes without having to switch between them.

A blast. It's large, sturdy, and cuts extremely well. It allows for different cut sizes that can be easily changed by turning the side wheel.
The quality is great, but I bought it for preparing Korean carrots, yet the smallest attachment slices them too thickly, but it does cut slices and shreds nicely.
