How do you ship my items?
Items from our UK warehouses are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri. items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL. Items shipped from our US warehouses are shipped through USPS and Items shipped from our China warehouses are shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We only ship within the UK and to EU Countries.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days, not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different item. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The seller communicated well and accurately. they confirmed details to ensure the correct case was ordered. shipping was prompt, and took about as long as expected. the case itself was packed thoroughly and arrived in perfect condition. it is well-made, lightweight, and easy to close. it also looks great, it's nice to have a case with a distinctly different colour. this is the second case we've ordered from this store, and the experience was positive both times.
The case seems fine, but I bumped it against the ceiling and got a white scratch. In Switzerland, you have to pay customs clearance, which will be 30 francs, and delivery by Chinese postal service will take 2 months.
I am very happy with the purchase. The case is of good quality, although it's not as hard as the ones that cost 1000 euros, but the value for money is very good. It weighs 3.9 kg and is very convenient to carry. Even more comfortable than other more expensive cases I have tried. It has arrived (in Spain) in less than 3 weeks. I like the closure system, and the finish as well. There are things that can be improved: the top handlebar that is removed for transport on wheels is made of a fragile plastic. I would have preferred the string that the red cases have, but it wasn't available for the color I chose. The price: when I paid for the product, they gave me a discount of approximately 30 euros, but when they delivered the package they charged me 30 euros for the duties, so in the end I ended up with the original price. Anyway, it was a good purchase and a good experience. I have saved a lot of money by buying from this AliExpress store instead of a physical store.
