By extending around 2 mm its length, the whistle in d sounds perfectly in tune. It produces a warm sound - pleasant to the ears. The quality is comparable to that of susato whistles. I do recommend this whistle !
Nice voice. In the low register it sounds soft, but not dull in sound, and in the high register it's also nice.
Pleasantly surprised. In tune!!! Well worth the money. Thought it was tuneable, but not yet tried since the mouthpiece is strongly attached to the rest. Not much chiff compared to my metal whistles, but i like it this way.
