How do you ship my items?
Items from our UK warehouses are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri. items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL. Items shipped from our US warehouses are shipped through USPS and Items shipped from our China warehouses are shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We only ship within the UK and to EU Countries.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Returns
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days, not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different item. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

This is a repeat purchase. I liked the base from last time, so I wanted to get a spare. For a moment I was confused about the 4-string bass, but I felt the 5-string neck was too thin, so I went with the same 5-string bass. I placed the order on June 5th and it arrived on June 30th. It was delayed in arriving compared to last time because it was being painted, but I was relieved to have been informed in advance.
Thanks to the seller! Shipped quickly. The tool is inexpensive and requires some setup, but for this price it's excellent!
After three months of waiting, here it is in all its glory. First of all, it is important to mention that when placing an order, you need to immediately discuss all your requirements for the future tool. I was so excited that I waited for the production to start without discussing the color of the bass. The production process was quick, the seller was very polite and answered all questions during the production process. Keep in mind that this is more like a blank slate. After receiving it, you need to take it to a technician and have the tool brought to the desired result. So that people don't write here in the reviews, please keep in mind that this is a field for further development, not a tool ready to enter battle immediately. Many thanks to the seller for their politeness and courtesy. If you are ready to purchase your custom bass and have it tailored to your liking, then be patient, but the result will not disappoint you.
It arrived about 2 months after I placed the order. It looks good, but the string height is a bit high and the noise is quite bad. I might regret not being able to maintain it myself. Also, it's a pity that the selector isn't a rotary switch.
Took crazy long to get here. when it finally did, the signal was obviously having a connection issue somewhere. i messaged the seller to inform them and to inquire in to the frequency of this issue but no response. looks like i’m using it for expensive parts
I placed the order on March 21st and it arrived on April 9th. It was not a courier service, but Japan Post Transport (EMS). The store's response was kind even when we communicated via chat. There are some minor scratches on the back of the body. Since it's matte black, it becomes noticeable only when it's black; if it's a different color, it won't be noticeable. The finish is very beautiful, and the fret processing is also done with great care. I think that not only this store but AliExpress as a whole is losing out. Search for # fanned frets ／ # Make it inducible with multi scale. In the product description # Scale length 5-string 37-34 inches (940-863.6mm)… The fuss has passed (laughs) I'll play with it like this for a while and then have the nuts replaced at the repair shop. Dingwall's 0.170 set strings or D'Addario's individual strings. I'm thinking of tuning it to a 2-tone half-down tuning. A manufacturer that used to produce and sell 0.195 in Japan... Currently, production has been discontinued, so the limit is to lower the tone by two and a half semitones.
Dinge has finally arrived. Very well packaged and protected, it took almost 4 months to arrive, but it did arrive. Regarding the equipment, there are 3 important details that the manufacturer should consider. 1. The battery holder is square and the branded one is round. 2. The pickup selector button is a 4-step selector, and this is a potentiometer. 3. The string tensioner of the machine is not included, and that part makes the strings not sound like they are rubbing against each other, keeping the sound stable and clean. But in general, very good, satisfied, the finishes are also very good, the scale has the correct measurements and a very nice sound with character. I still need to check the preamplifier, why does rlndingw use 2 9V batteries. and this one only uses one... The seller was very attentive, following up on the bass, although it took too long, but I am very grateful for the service. I congratulate the manufacturer, very good work, exactly as I requested the aesthetic details.
