Buyer Guidelines Customs
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in price, buyer has to pay import tax. Different country, different tax fee. like Chile or Argentina or Spain etc, tax maybe over £30-90.
If parcel is held in customs, buyer did not help clearance, like offer invoice to customs; or parcel arrived but did not take it, then being sent back. we do not have responsibility to pay the shipping costs back to China, which could be more than £70.
Beautiful guitar, setup extremely well. Plays better than my taylor 414ce. Only issue was the bridge pin hole slots were off center by a lot, so i had to get in there with a bridge pin hole saw, or the string spacing was so wonky it was unplayable. Anyway took 15 minutes. You have to expect to put some work in on a guitar this cheap, but they got all the difficult stuff right. Intonated well, nut and saddle filed really well.
Superb guitar, but arrived damaged during transport. Great response from the manufacturer; based on the photos, they refunded me within 24 hours! Thank you, gentlemen!!!
The guitar is very good.
Not satisfied because after my first order of size 5, they sent me size 2 (I canceled the order) thinking I had made a mistake. I placed another order requesting number 5, but they showed me number 2 again. . . I clicked on the link and it showed me the one I wanted. . Unfortunately, I received the second one (see the photos), so be careful. . Check with the seller before placing an order. . The one I received had frets that were very sharp. . I had to make some corrections and a rope was broken. . The finish is rough (very easy to scratch). . . We understand that the price is reasonable, but not receiving what one expects is very disappointing. . and it's not that complicated to return! !

For me, for this price of 160€, it's an absolute dream guitar! I also have Ibanez, Yamaha, and so on. This masterpiece, I would say it's better or maybe I'm imagining that design, low string position, and many other comfort aesthetics are simply unbeatable. In my opinion, big names can take an example from this. Fully satisfied, I'll probably buy the same one because this was a Christmas gift for a friend. Top top top, buy without hesitation 👍👍👍✅✅✅🤘🤘🤘🤘.
It's too small
The guitar sounds good, the cedar top is just as described, there are some minor flaws but for this price it's a good instrument. Well, like all new guitars, it requires tuning by a technician. Another nuance is the thin frets, they will last for a maximum of two years, then they will need to be replaced; sanding won't work as they are very low!
