Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

They arrived in excellent condition. I tested them and they work very well. Send a notification as soon as they get wet. I already have them installed. They work with your app.
Perfect! I don't know if the batteries will last long, but it's easy to install on the SmartLife app with the small Zigbee hub! very fast detection, 2 devices disconnected for 1 day but they reconnected quite easily

Works well with Zigbee2Mqtt on Homeassistant Comes with its 2032 battery Perfect. A bit bulky, but no problem positioning it.
The item arrived quickly. I was able to easily integrate it into Home Assistant and repurposed it as a water sensor for my ceramic flower pots. 😊 I can really recommend it, even without my modification.

Seems to work just fine. Home assistant’s zha identified it immediately and gave it a wet/dry entity. Runs on a single coin cell battery (included). It’s small and fits right under the lip of my washing machine. Glad to be notified immediately if my sinks/toilet/washing machine leak.

The packaging was damaged during transport, but the sensor itself is not damaged. It works well, and connecting to the Zigbee gateway is quite easy. You just need to remember that this sensor requires a WiFi connection via a Zigbee gateway for proper operation.
The connection also works via the Fritz Smart Gateway. Easy to install.
