How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you havenβt received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says βno information available at the momentβ.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us withinΒ 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product youβve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I just received my sealed pillowcases from aliexpress, and iβm honestly impressed. The quality is perfect β the fabric looks premium, the zipper works smoothly, and the stitching is neat and solid. They even came with a small leaflet describing the material and washing instructions, which adds a nice touch. The presentation is clean and professional. I didnβt expect such high quality β really a pleasant surprise!

thank you, everything is great. Really genuine mulberry silk. Well-made, seams are even, threads do not stick out. Additionally, a booklet with recommendations for care. And a sample card to verify that it is indeed silk. Shipped on the 3rd day, arrived in Ukraine in 14 days via Ukrposhta. The branded package arrived damaged and very wrinkled (thanks to the worst postal service in the country).
Fast delivery. The pillowcase does not fit in the box as seen in the photo, but it is still beautifully packaged. Comes in a beautiful semi-transparent bag, with certificate and a fabric patch to prove the authenticity of the material. Nicely finished, beautiful color and beautiful quality. Fits nicely, I just had a little trouble with the zipper. It's not as long as the length of the pillow which made it feel a bit tight. So I had a bit of trouble getting my donkey pillow inside, but once it's in there, the zipper closes smoothly and it looks really nice and stylish. I am very happy with it! π π π

Excellent product, the mulberry silk comes with a small piece of this fabric for you to perform the fire test and verify for yourself that it is indeed mulberry silk and not synthetic. In my case, I was able to verify that this product is indeed made of mulberry silk before purchasing it because in its description and details they provide its measurement in momme (mm) and not by the thread count used for other fabrics, in addition to its OKEO-TEX 100 certification which certifies that this silk is of high quality. In summary, if you want a 100% real silk cover, this is your choice.
