How do you ship my items?
Items from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Items shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Items shipped from our UK warehouse are shipped through Royal Mail or Hermes/Evri and the items shipped from our European warehouses are shipped through DHL
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more items may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shiretail (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I'm buying a second one, I like it. I believe the silk is natural, and the sizes match the stated measurements. It feels very pleasant to the touch. I washed it by hand, it didn't shrink, and the color didn't change.

The quality is excellent. The package included a small silk patch for testing along with instructions and a quality certificate. It's truly real silk, I checked as stated in the instructions. The color is very beautiful and matches the photo. It's very pleasant to sleep on such fabric; it feels cool, and my hair doesn't get frizzy after sleeping. That's the only reason I bought a silk pillowcase. I will order more. I recommend it.

Natural silk, I have silk items, so I'm 100% sure, and I'm shocked to be honest. I took two 40x60, they fit perfectly for standard orthopedic pillows. Greatly packaged, includes washing instructions and a tester. Incredibly satisfied, wishing the seller prosperity.
The pillows are great and the packaging is also very presentable. There's even a small test strip where you can check the authenticity. The pillows are very soft.
It is sad that the package was crumpled because it is sopposed to be gift
Very satisfied. This is the third time I buy this. The color is also beautiful. It's lovely to sleep on and doesn't cause wrinkles on the face from sleeping. I will buy more and definitely recommend it. I've already washed them and they remain beautiful. The zipper is hidden but sits about 2 cm from the edge, which is a shame because it makes it difficult to get your pillow in easily. But once everything fits well, blissful! 👌🏻

It is of excellent quality, it is 100% silk. The measurement is a bit longer than the pillow of a standard single bed in Spain, although that was my mistake in the measurements.

I have already ordered a second pillowcase, but in a smaller size 40×60 for a children's pillow. As a result, the pillowcase hangs a bit and turned out to be too big. Nevertheless, the quality is excellent, very pleasant, and the color is just superb Peacock blue 💙 I will order again in a different size.
Good quality silk, it's pleasant to sleep on such a pillow covered in silk. The seller includes a sample of the fabric for burning, and I can confirm that it's real silk. It fits nicely even on an orthopedic pillow with an unusual shape and dimensions, and I thought I'd have to play dressmaker 😁.

Purchased two of them, performed the burn test and it did sort of curl but when i pinched the burned material it did fall off like ash. And you can definitely smell something burning, no plastic smell. It holds a crease, unlike satin. It runs smoothly across itself and doesn’t catch. The inside had me a bit concerned. But doesn’t have a separate backside like satin does. Appears to be silk.
